Youth Development Council

Overview

The Youth Development Council is a social, development and recreational center for young people. The Council supports opportunities for youth to develop their economical, physical, social, recreational and constructive activities and to experience achievement, leadership, enjoyment, friendship and recognition.

The Youth Council will organize physical activities such as sports and for academic such as consultancy, competitions, research, development, debates, seminars, conferences and for recreational activities such as concerts, movies and picnic tours etc.

Aims & Objectives

	Establish, maintain and equip premises and facilities where the youth of Pakistan can benefit from the objects of the Council
	Provide Youth, Women and Child protection practices and information and refer those in need of advice to the relevant agencies
	Arrange exhibitions, outings and events
	Publish, newsletters, distribute and circulate reports, books, pamphlets, leaflets or other documents or information affecting young people
	Establish Book Bank and Blood banks for needy
	Promote and carry out or assist in promoting and carrying out research, surveys and investigations into the experience and needs of the young in the area of benefit, providing the useful results
	Build youth learning capacity
	Co-operate to such extent as may be necessary with statutory authorities and voluntary organizations engaged in the furtherance of the above objects or any of them
